When it comes to music production software I have them all. Pretty much every piece of software on the market. I own Fl Studio, Reason, Abelton Live , Cubase, Acid, Garage Band, Sonar X1, and of course Dub turbo. I’ve created tracks with all and taught beginners production on all these pieces of software as well. The one thing I have found is Dub Turbo is the single best production software for the absolute beginner. I stand by that statement.
I’ve spent thousands of hours teaching music production. When introduced to traditional software (such as fl studio and reason) it would take months of solid work before they began to make headway and actually creating anything that sounded good. With Dubturbo this time was drastically cut and my students were able to begin quickly and created great sounding music right out the gate. It cut their learning curve considerably.
If you know your way around production, you have detailed understanding of compressions subtractive synthesis, bus routing, etc… then Dubturbo isn’t for you, I would recommend one of the more advanced programs such as Reason or Cubase. However if you’re not producing music in a studio and you just want a home setup that is affordable and easy Dub turbo is definitely the way to go in my recommendation.
In conclusion at $39.95 for a complete digital audio workstation Dubturbo does offer a tremendous amount of value. In comparison to the competitor products such as Reason and Fl Studio among others all ranging from $499 – $999 each DubTurbo is really a no brainer decision for the beginner producer.
I doubt VERY much that it will stay at that price for much longer, they could easily be charging $199.99. So Check it out now!

On purchasing Dub Turbo, (entered your information and sent the order). You will receive login information to log into the members area.
Immediately on entering the members area you’re given instructions to download and install the software. The download page includes alot of helpful resources to get you set up quickly, which I found very helpful.
The coolest thing about the member area and came as quite a surprise to me as I have NEVER seen this before. You can actually use the software completely online. Now the software obviously runs slightly faster if you download the software and install it your PC. But what this means is you can use the software ANYWHERE in the world, you just need an internet connection. This is so cool. Sometimes I’m travelling or at a friend’s house and I have an idea for a song.
I can just jump on any computer login into the members’ area and create my song using the software right there and then. Useful!
The member area includes some cool resources. Your given access to a series of instructional videos, explaining the program and how to use it. As well as a FAQ and support resources. The software’s not complicated at all so it doesn’t take long to get going.
